At Cutehandbags.org we make returning items easy.  Too many companies make returning items incredibly difficult leaving hurdles for the customer to jump over in order to get rid of goods that they are unhappy with.  We know how frustrating this can be, so we make sure that our Return Policy is easy and clear. 
We hope that you are happy with the goods you receive from us“ we've gone to great lengths to offer great products and great service but, should you receive products that you do not want, here is what you should do

Procedure For Returning Items

Returning and changing items is easy.  Simply follow these directions:

• This first thing you must do is contact us via email at sales@cutehandbagsale.com
  
• We will then contact you via email with specific instructions regarding where the items you wish to return are to be shipped
• Returns must happen within 7 days of receipt, failure to meet this deadline will mean that you will not receive your full refund
• You will ship to the given address via courier and will send us the tracking number for the package
• All refunds will be paid in the same way that initial payments where made (i.e. refunds will be applied to the same credit card that was used to purchase the initial order)
• Once we have received the tracking number for your return package it will take approximately 7 days for the return to be processed

NOTE:  The cost of return shipment is the responsibility of the customer as it is not possible fore is to pay shipping both ways.  Thanks you.

Important Things To Remember When Returning Goods

There is a small restocking fee of $29 applied to returned orders.  When you return items to us you must include:

• your name, the date you received the order, and the day you placed the order
• a packing list with all the items that you are returning for refund
• the reason that you are returning these items

By providing us with this information you ensure that your return will be processed swiftly.
