Is the picture I'm seeing of your actual stock?

Do you accept returns?
Our products are a point of pride for us if for any reason you aren't 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to us via courier and we will offer you a refund or exchange.
In order to qualify for a refund or replacement, we ask that you send the item back to us within 7 days of receipt of the return information. It must be in new, unworn condition and all accessories must also be returned with the item. We do ask that the customer takes the responsibility for the shipping fees when returning a purchase. There is also a restocking fee of $30.
We ask that you also provide for us a tracking number so that we may follow the progress of your parcel before we are able to offer a replacement or complete refund.

The item I want is out of stock, how long until it is available again?
When a product sells out, it is usually about two weeks to a month before we are able to restock it. When the Buy Now button appears once more, that means we are once again offering that item for sale. If you've been waiting a long time for a specific piece, and it doesn't seem to be reappearing, please feel free to get in touch with us by clicking on the Contact Us link at the bottom of the page, and a staff member will be happy to check up on the status of your item.
Generally, when an item isn't in stock, it means that we are waiting on the materials. We take great pride in using only the exact same leathers, metals, and fabrics that the genuine brand-name items are made of.
This means that, rather than using second-rate components, we hold production of that piece until the correct materials are available. While it might mean a longer wait, if you have your heart set on a specific item, it also means that you receive a quality product that we are proud to offer.
Customer Notification:You can also sign up to be notified by email when an out of stock item is restocked. All you have to do is create an account on our site by clicking on the My Account link on the top right corner of the page above the link to the shopping cat. This will take you to a page that will ask you if you would like to create your account, from there the process is quick and simple. Once you have created your account you will have to go back to the out of stock items page and click on the Sign up to get notified when this product is back in stock button under the items description.

If you've noticed that the Buy Now button doesn't appear on the page beside the item you'd like to purchase, that means the item is temporarily out of stock.
You will note that while an item is unavailable, the Buy Now button is replaced with a button labeled Sign up to get notified when this product is back in stock.
If you have already created an account through our site then clicking this button will take you to a form where you can simply type in our contact information, and one of our sales representatives will write you when the item is once again available.

Do you accept exchanges?
Of course we do. If you would like to request an exchange, we ask that you send us a quick email with the details of your specific order, and the items you would like to send back. Please include all of your information as it was given to you when you made the purchase, such as your address, telephone number, and the model name of the item you are exchanging.
We are happy to accept exchanges if you aren't perfectly pleased with your item. We do ask that customers take the responsibility for shipping the product back to us, and provide us with the tracking number on the parcel. There is also a restocking fee of $30, and our customer service agents will be on hand to find you the perfect item for exchange, or accept the return for a full refund.

How long does shipping take?
Generally our items arrive within 5 to 7 days of purchase for any destination worldwide. When you buy an item, we will then contact you within 48 hours of your order to provide you with a tracking number. This is why it is so important to give accurate contact information, especially telephone numbers and email addresses. If you are not at home when the item is delivered, the courier will leave a notice and you can then go and pick up your package at the nearest post office.
We guarantee our shipping, which means that we promise that the item you have ordered will arrive undamaged, in a timely manner, at your doorstep. Are there any places you can't ship to?
We offer worldwide shipping to almost all countries. Our ability to ship to some places may change due to changing customs patterns in each county. If you are not located in Europe or North America, please email us to verify we do ship to your country, and the extra shipping fees required if any.
What about import taxes?
In order to prevent our clients having to pay import taxes, we ship our parcels as low value, meaning we rate each package as being worth less than $50. Worldwide, the majority of countries do not charge any import taxes on items of a value under fifty dollars, meaning that nearly all of our clients are not charged any duties. In the event that taxes are applied, the customer is responsible for the charges, however this is extraordinarily rare.
Can you ship to my P.O. box?
No, unfortunately we cannot. All of our items are delivered via courier, which means that they are destined to arrive at the address registered to the credit card you made your purchase with.
We also ask that when the item arrives, an adult must be present to sign for the package, making it not feasible to ship to a P.O. Box. How does my tracking number work?
After you make a purchase, we will provide you with a tracking number. For that reason, it???s important that you fill in your current email address and phone number. A customer service agent will contact you within 48 hours of your purchase, and give you this number.
You can then input it into the website for your primary local courier service, and you will be able to watch the progress of your package as it travels from us, to your doorstep.
